Recipe: Spicy Low Carb Herb Beef

Summary: A low-carb ground beef creation. I do these kind of beefs every other day, and the recipe changes a little each time. This is yesterday creation and it was very delicious. If you're like me you can play around with the amounts, and find your perfect mix.


  • 1000 gram Ground(minced) Meat
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 cup Bread Crumb Replacement
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Green Chili
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Small piece of Ginger
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 pinches Grounded black pepper
  • 1 pinch White Pepper
  • 1 pinch Rosemary
  • 1 pinch Basil
  • 1 pinch Parsley (Or a few stalks of fresh parsley)
  • 1 pinch Baharat


Mix the milk with the "breadcrumbs" and let it swell for a couple of minutes.

Grate the onion, garlic and chili in to the mix and add all the spices.

Add the meat and mix thoroughly until you have a stabil mix.

Form beefs, around 1 inch thick and add to the frying pan.

Fry 4-5 minutes on each side on medium heat.

Quick Notes

Serve with vegetables and/or fried eggs.
